So tonight is the night that Lifetime decided to terrify me. Normally, their movies are focused on strong female characters that overcome adversity- from bullying to being kidnapped. NOPE. The ones tonight: Untouchable: The Drew Peterson Story and An Officer and a Murderer are not that.
First of all, BOTH based on true stories. Secondly, BOTH super creepy dudes who murdered 1)his wives and 2)women he knew around his neighborhood. Yuck. Now he's stalking the police officer. Freaking out. It's things like this that make me never want to own a house. Stream of consciousness rant going on here but yuck. Like, he's a Canadian military officer, and the police officer just left, and he's sneaking into this woman's house to rape/kill her. Not okay.
Anyway, other than that, I'm super full right now because we got Mort's for dinner, and yes we planned ahead and split a sandwich this time. However, post sandwich and cake we had baked cheetos and I had a peanut butter bar. I've been eating really poorly basically since I went on vacation, and when Allie's here I'm more tempted to snack because we'll snack together. Well after tomorrow I'll be home alone again and can eat only the produce we bought at the grocery store for a few days until the parents get back. Gotta get back into working out again too because I'm just feeling super unhealthy lately.
Damn it he killed another one. Stop it Lifetime.
Other than that, not much to report. After spending almost 2 hours at Sears today, Allie bought a stove and picked out a possible fridge and dishwasher to maybe purchase on another day. We wandered around Ridgedale for a while, and got some new nail polish at Ulta. I got a nude and a burgundy for fall mmm
